bakery ingredients division of George
Weston Foods Limited (GWF), a wholly owned subsidiary of Associated
British Foods (ABF) - one of Europe’s largest food companies.
GWF is a leading manufacturer of consumer and industrial products,
specialising in flour, bread, frozen doughs, meat, dairy and specialty
food coatings.
Cereform® manufactures a variety of specialty bakery ingredients for
commercial baking operations. Our range includes bread bases &
improvers, biscuit, donut, cakes, sponge, and muffin mixes, patisserie
custards, soy and grain products, dough conditioning agents and much
more.
Located at Wetherill Park in Sydney, our factory contains state of
the art technical and quality control facilities, which are used to
ensure product consistency and quality. With stringent quality
practices we have attained ISO and HACCP international standards,
to create product certainty.
Cereform’s success has always been based on providing consistent,
high quality ingredient solutions to our Customers. Our business has
grown to service all commercial and industrial sectors including food
service, in both domestic and international
export markets. Our Research and Development teams are pro-active
and offer flexibility in providing Customers with ongoing “customised”
product solutions.
Our affiliation within the many divisions of ABF,
including a close association with Cereform®
UK and Cereform®
USA, further enhances our ability to identify innovative global
